This latest collection was inspired by a trip to Moosehead Lake, in Greenville, Maine.

I got together for a long weekend with dear, old college friends.
We laughed, cried, ate really well, took long hikes and swam in the lake. This all took place in an old rustic cabin, where you can hear the call of the loon and the gentle lapping of waves against the rocky shore.
The hues found in nature; the leaves, the flowers, the berries, take on deeper and richer tones this time of year.
The richly colored pillows from a previous collection of vintage textiles I found, fit the vibe of the cabin and the casual nature of Maine.
Time slows down long enough to where you want to pick up a good book or draw the handful of wild flowers you picked that day.
The larger shams below are made from salvaged Pendleton Wool blankets with fringe. Factory seconds, upcycled and combined with crisp cotton white canvas and striped ticking.
After returning from a long hike, sketching wold flowers, eating berries and reading filled our afternoon on the deck.

This stunning creature allowed us to take in his tender beauty.
The pillows below, Mille Fleur, feature deer running throught the forest. They are grouped with faux sheep fur, a gray plaid, and vintage macrame pillows made from a salvaged blanket.
