Q: Who makes the pillows?

A: All pillows are proudly made in the USA, handcrafted by skilled artisans in Portland, OR.

Q: What are the sizes available?

A: There is a wide range of sizes available with each made to order listing. If there is a unique size that you are wanting, feel free to contact studiotullia@gmail.com regarding a custom order.

Q: Do they come with an insert?

A: Pillow insert is NOT included. We recommend down blend inserts for a fuller, more luxurious look. STUDIO TULLIA sells 10/90 feather blend cushions along with covers in a range of sizes, most of which are shipped directly to our customers from the supplier. Higher quality down, outdoor friendly and custom sizes are also available upon request.  

Q: What are the care instructions?

A: Wipe or dab with a damp cloth or rubbing alcohol for minor spills or blemishes. Avoid rubbing any one area which will damage fibers, especially velvet. Steam is the best way to remove wrinkles.  Avoid hovering over any one area with heat for too long, moving swiftly and lightly. For longer lasting, quality care of fine textiles, we recommend dry cleaning.

We recommend an insert 1-3 inches larger than the pillow cover for a snug, luxurious look. As a general rule, the larger the cover, the greater the size of the insert recommended. For example, an 11×17 cover needs a 12×18 inch insert whereas a 24X24 inch insert needs a 26-28 inch insert.  Average size covers like 20-22 inch need inserts that re 2 inches larger than the cover.

Online Payments, Returns, Security

PAYMENT: Paypal

Accepted payments types are: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover

Once you confirm your order, you will automatically be directed to Paypal, which will securely process your payment. You are not required to have a Paypal account. You can pay with your Debit or Credit card as a Paypal guest.

You may submit payment via check or money order, Please contact info@awelllivedhouse.com for mailing address. Your order will process once payment is received and has cleared.

RETURNS:
Returns and exchanges are welcome within the first seven days after purchase. Returns and exchanges must be in their original, unused, unwashed condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable and returns that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender.

No refunds or exchanges for Custom Orders or discounted items. Returns will be refunded in the original form of payment. 

If you are unaware of whether the color or texture of a pillow will work in your home, you may request a free swatch of the fabric.

SECURITY:

We uphold your privacy and will never sell, trade or give away any personal information. Personal information provided is only used for the services requested, such as processing an order or shipping.

Shipping

Shipping is done USPS First Class or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. If it is a large/heavy purchase it will be sent parcel post (7-10 days) unless the customer requests and pays for expedited shipping.

International shipping:

International orders are shipped USPS First Class International. Delivery time of international shipments will vary by country of destination. Customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.  Please be sure to double check your address when submitting your order. If a package is sent back to us because the address was incomplete additional shipping charges may apply.

Cancellation Policy

Approved cancelled orders are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. All custom products are cut to order, I do NOT accept “Cancellation Requests” after 3 days of purchase on made to order/ custom items. Any requests for cancellation after 3 days will be denied and will be shipped.
